Why saving money isn't going to make you rich

I quickly wanted to cover this topic today in my blog post because I hear so much about people saving and how all you need to do is save your money and you'll build up your wealth. However, what they don't tell you is this is the slowest way to build up wealth out of all the options. Another reason why saving money doesn't work is because it's liquidable and easy to spend. Whereas if it's in investment and not as easily accessible as a savings account that makes you less likely to spend the money. Another reason saving money isn't going to make you rich is because your money isn't working for you. That's why just saving your money in a bank account and just sitting on it isn't going to make you rich and isn't the best way to pass on wealth.
